Bruce Jameson Appointed to Delaware Corporation Law Council

Wilmington, Delaware, June 18, 2010: Bruce E. Jameson, Managing Director of Prickett, Jones & Elliott, P.A., was recently elected to the Corporation Law Council of the Corporation Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association which is responsible for the annual review, revision and modernization of the Delaware General Corporation Law.  Mr. Jameson’s term will commence July 1, 2010.  Mr. Jameson will succeed Firm director John Small, who was a member of the Council for twenty-six years and served as the Chairman of the DSBA Corporation Law Section from 1994-1996.

Mr. Jameson represents clients in litigation involving mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and business matters, primarily in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Federal District Court.
