Bruce Jameson speaks on derivative litigation at ABA Section of Business Law Spring Meeting.

Wilmington, Delaware, June 18, 2010: Bruce E. Jameson, Managing Director of Prickett, Jones, & Elliott, P.A., recently participated in a panel discussion of “Comparative Perspectives on Derivative Actions in the U.S. and Canada.”  The presentation was part of the American Bar Association Section of Business Law Spring Meeting in Denver, Colorado and was sponsored by the Committee on Business and Corporate Litigation of which Mr. Jameson is a member. 

Mr. Jameson represents clients in litigation involving mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and business matters, primarily in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Federal District Court.
