Holzman Elected to Second Term as Corporation Law Council Chairman

Wilmington, Delaware: Prickett, Jones director James L. Holzman has been re-elected Chair of the Corporation Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association and Chair of the Section's executive Council. The Corporation Law Council is responsible for developing and recommending amendments to the Delaware General Corporation Law.

During his first term as Chair, Mr. Holzman led the Council’s efforts to develop and present for adoption significant amendments to the DGCL, which were signed into law on April 10, 2009.
