Prickett, Jones & Elliott, P.A. Welcomes New Associate, Ian R. Liston.

Dover, Delaware, September 2011:  Prickett, Jones & Elliott, P.A. is pleased to announce that Ian R. Liston  has joined the firm as an associate in the firm's Dover office. Mr. Liston practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, Delaware corporate and alternative entities law, business counseling and mediation. 

Mr. Liston graduated cum laude from Harvard University in 1996 with a degree in History and received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law in 2010. He recently completed a clerkship with the Honorable John W. Noble of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
