Timothy Shelley Speaks on Fiduciary Duties
Under Delaware Limited Liability Company Law

Wilmington, Delaware, December 2007:  Timothy Shelley recently spoke at continuing legal education seminars held by the National Business Institute regarding fiduciary duties and limited liability companies.  Dr. Shelley was formerly a visiting assistant professor at Haverford College.  His legal practice consists of transactional advice, drafting, and opinion work regarding Delaware corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, general partnerships, and statutory trusts as well as various matters of contract law.
