Kevin M. Baird is an associate in firm's Dover office.  Kevin practices in the areas of commercial litigation, land use law, municipal law, commercial and residential real estate transaction work, general business and corporate practice, administrative law, and intellectual property.  After law school, Kevin served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sue L. Robinson in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.  Prior to joining Prickett, Jones & Elliott, Kevin was in the litigation group of a national law firm.
