David E. Brand
Of Counsel
David E. Brand practices in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance coverage and personal injury litigation and acts as Delaware counsel in complex commercial and intellectual property litigation. Mr. Brand has often lectured at seminars regarding litigation-related subjects. He is also frequently selected to serve as an arbitrator or a mediator in commercial and personal injury cases. He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, the American Bar Association (Litigation, Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution Sections), the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Defense Research Institute, Defense Counsel of Delaware and the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Brand was educated at the College of Wooster in Ohio (B.A. 1965) and at Vanderbilt University (M.A. 1971; J.D. 1973), where he was a co-author of an article in the Vanderbilt Law Review
