NICOLE M. FARIES is an associate in the firm's Dover office, and practices primarily in the area of commercial litigation.

Ms. Faries graduated from University of Delaware in 2002 with an Honors B.A. Degree, cum laude, in Philosophy and received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Widener University School of Law in 2008.

While at Widener she served as a Wolcott Fellow for the Honorable Randy J. Holland, Justice of the Supreme Court of Delaware, was Styles Editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, and was a member of the Moe Levine Trial Advocate Society.

Ms. Faries is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of Delaware and in the United States District Court of Delaware.
