Managing Director

PAUL A. FIORAVANTI, JR., the Managing Director of the firm, practices in the areas of corporate and business litigation.  His practice concentrates on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.  He represents clients in a wide range of business disputes, including corporate mergers and acquisitions, fiduciary duty litigation, corporate governance, books and records demands, officer and director advancement and indemnification, special committee investigations, statutory appraisal and partnership and limited liability company litigation.

Mr. Fioravanti is a co-author of the annual Review of Developments in Delaware Corporation Law and is the former editor in chief of the Maryland Law Review.  He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ellen L. Hollander of the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland.
