Laina M. Herbert practices primarily in the areas of corporate litigation and Delaware corporate law.
Ms. Herbert is an associate in the Firm’s Wilmington office and is admitted to practice in the State of Delaware and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Ms. Herbert is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association (Sections of Corporation Law, Litigation, New Lawyers and The Women and the Law) and the American Bar Association (Sections of Litigation, Business Law and Young Lawyers Division).
Ms. Herbert received her B.A. in Leadership Studies and B.S. in Biology from the University of Richmond in 2000 and her J.D., with honors, from the University of Maryland School of Law in December, 2004. While at Maryland, she served as an Associate Articles Editor for The Business Lawyer.
