Ian R. Liston practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, Delaware corporate and alternative entities law, business formation and counseling, and mediation.

Mr. Liston is an associate in the Firm's Dover office, and is admitted to practice in the State of Delaware.  Mr. Liston is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Mr. Liston graduated, cum laude with a degree in History from Harvard University in 1996.  He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2010.  While at Penn Law, he served as Technology Editor for the Journal of Business Law.

Before joining the Firm, Mr. Liston served as clerk for the Honorable John W. Noble of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
