Paul M. Lukoff

Paul M. Lukoff has been practicing law in Delaware since 1971, almost exclusively as a jury trial lawyer. His diverse legal experience provides a depth and breath of knowledge conducive to rapid assimilation of facts and analysis of issues in his practice fields. He is a member of the Delaware Chapter of The American Board of Trial Advocates, a former instructor in law courses at the University of Delaware and a past member of the Governor's Advisory Council for Exceptional Citizens. Mr. Lukoff was educated at the University of Delaware (A.B. 1965) and the University of Texas (LL.B. 1968).

Recent Experience
- Representing a manufacturer in connection with a large number of toxic tort lawsuits brought in Delaware alleging that occupational exposure to benzene caused acute myelogenous leukemia.
- Representing the owner of Delaware’s only oil refinery in connection with serious personal injury litigation arising out of the operation of that facility.
- Representing the owner and operator of a tanker truck involved in a motor vehicle accident which resulted in 5 deaths and many seriously injured occupants of another vehicle.
- Represented a national insurance company in connection with coverage issues and a bad faith claim arising out of its defense of a personal injury lawsuit which resulted in a multi-million dollar verdict.
