Marcus E. Montejo is an associate in the firm's Wilmington office. Mr. Montejo's practice focuses on business entity transactions and corporate litigation.
Mr. Montejo received his Bachelors in Science from the University of South Carolina in 2000, and his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Widener University School of Law in 2006. While at Widener, Mr. Montejo was a Managing Editor for The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, and also a Wolcott Fellow for the Honorable Myron T. Steele, Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Montejo worked as a management consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers, and then as a business analyst for a Fortune 500 Company, where he specialized in Financial Reporting Systems and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
Mr. Montejo was admitted to practice in the State of Delaware in 2006.
