Tanya E. Pino focuses her practice in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation in Delaware’s Superior Court and Court of Chancery. Ms. Pino also has a background in defending large corporations in the areas of product and premises liability and toxic tort.
Ms. Pino is admitted to practice in the State of Delaware, Pennsylvania, the United States District of Delaware and the United States Supreme Court. Her professional memberships include the Delaware Bar Association (Section of Litigation and Business Law), the American Bar Association (Sections of Litigation, Tort Trial and Insurance Practice and Young Lawyers) and the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Court. Ms. Pino also performs pro bono work for the Office of the Child Advocate representing children in foster care.
Ms. Pino is a graduate of West Chester University (B.A., magna cum laude) and Widener University School of Law (J.D., cum laude). While in law school, Ms. Pino served as an Articles Editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.
