Tanya E. Pino Tanya E. Pino focuses her practice in the Delaware Superior Court defending corporations and businesses in the areas of product and premises liability, toxic tort and commercial business litigation. She has developed a strong practice defending oil companies in benzene and premises liability litigation. Ms. Pino started her career practicing corporate litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery. She continues to practice in this area representing plaintiffs and defendants in various types of corporate litigation. Ms. Pino is admitted to practice in the State of Delaware and the United States District of Delaware. Her professional memberships include the Delaware Bar Association (Section of Litigation and Business Law), the American Bar Association (Sections of Litigation, Tort Trial and Insurance Practice and Young Lawyers) and the Rodney Inn of Court. Ms. Pino also performs pro bono work for the Office of the Child Advocate representing children in foster care. Ms. Pino's community activities include serving on the board of directors for the West Chester University Alumni Board and formerly serving on the board of The Delaware Symphony Orchestra. Ms. Pino is a graduate of West Chester University (B.A., magna cum laude, 1998) and Widener University School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2002).
