Timothy Shelley
Associate
Timothy Shelley is an associate in the firm's Wilmington office who practices in the Corporate and Business Law Practice Group. His practice consists of transactional advice, drafting, and opinion work involving Delaware corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and statutory trusts as well as various matters of contract law. He has also given presentations regarding limited liability companies and fiduciary duties.
Dr. Shelley received his bachelor's degree, cum laude, from Pomona College in 1991, his master's degree from the University of Virginia in 1994, his doctorate from the University of Virginia in 1998, and his law degree, cum laude, from Washington and Lee University in 2003. Prior to his admission to the bar, he taught as a visiting assistant professor at Haverford College.
