Gary F. Traynor
Managing Director

Gary Traynor has extensive trial experience in a wide range of matters. Mr. Traynor's practice currently focuses on civil litigation involving complex corporate and commercial matters.  He also has developed extensive trial experience in complex criminal matters.  Mr. Traynor, who currently serves as the Firm's Managing Director, was educated at Dartmouth College (A.B. 1978) and the Delaware Law School of Widener University (J.D. 1982) where he was a member of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.

Mr. Traynor is currently on the Delaware Board of Professional Responsibility's Preliminary Review Committee and has also served on the Delaware Supreme Court's Committee on Representation of Indigent Defendants and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals Task Force on Management of Death Penalty Litigation.  He is a member of the Business Law and Litigation Sections of the American Bar Association and the Delaware State Bar Association.

Recent Experience:

In recent years, Mr. Traynor has served as lead trial counsel in a wide variety of cases, including breach of fiduciary duty, indemnification, executive compensation, and federal extortion actions.  He has tried approximately 50 jury trials to verdict.
