ELIZABETH (XI) WANG concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wang clerked for the Honorable Paul R. Wallace of the Delaware Superior Court where she focused on cases filed in the Complex Commercial Litigation Division.
Ms. Wang received her undergraduate degree from Peking University, Beijing, China, with a dual degree in Law and Economics. She was admitted to the National Bar of the People’s Republic of China in 2012, and practiced law in Beijing in the areas of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, multi-jurisdictional antitrust practice, corporate counseling and compliance.
Ms. Wang continued her legal education in the United States where she obtained a Master in Law degree from the University of Pennsylvania. To enhance her eligibility for bar admission in the United States, she subsequently completed an accelerated Juris Doctor degree program at Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude and third in her class. At Drexel, Ms. Wang served as a Civil Procedure teaching assistant and an Editor for the Drexel Law Review. She was also one of four Student Attorneys in Drexel’s Business Entrepreneur Law Clinic where she represented two start-up companies in business disputes.
