GABRIEL B. BEDELL focuses on corporate litigation and general litigation in the courts of Delaware.
Mr. Bedell graduated from the Johns Hopkins University with a B.A. in Philosophy and received his Juris Doctor from the Rutgers Law School of Law. He was awarded the Certificate in Corporate and Business Law by the Rutgers faculty and Center for Corporate Law and Governance in recognition of his successful completion of a structured curriculum. While at Rutgers, Mr. Bedell was an Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy.
Mr. Bedell spent a semester studying in the Exchange Program at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany. The Exchange Program focused on International and Comparative Business Law. He was awarded the Certificate in Management and Leadership for Lawyers by the Bucerius faculty and Center on the Legal Profession in recognition of his successful completion of a structured curriculum.
In 2020, Mr. Bedell was a recipient of the Alford Excellence Award, given by the Multicultural Judges & Lawyers Section of the Delaware State Bar Association.
Mr. Bedell is a Certified Limited Practice Licensee, a special designation created by the Delaware Supreme Court in 2020 due to the cancellation of the 2020 Delaware Bar Examination. He plans to sit for the Delaware Bar examination in 2021.
