CANEEL RADINSON-BLASUCCI is a corporate and commercial litigator whose practice focuses on complex disputes in the Delaware Court of Chancery. She regularly represents clients in matters brought under the Delaware General Corporation Law and involving corporate governance issues, fiduciary duty claims, contract disputes, and contested transactions.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Radinson-Blasucci practiced at a prominent Delaware defense firm, where she represented corporations, directors, and officers in high-stakes Chancery litigation. In 2022, Ms. Radinson-Blasucci became the Deputy Attorney General for the Delaware Judiciary in the Civil Litigation Division of the Delaware Department of Justice. Following her time with the Delaware Department of Justice, Ms. Radinson-Blasucci served as a law clerk to the Honorable Chancellor Kathaleen St. J. McCormick of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Ms. Radinson-Blasucci earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from St. John’s College in Annapolis, Maryland, and graduated magna cum laude from Widener University, Delaware Law School. While in law school, she served as Internal Managing Editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. In her third year of law school, Ms. Radinson-Blasucci was one of five students awarded a Josiah Oliver Wolcott Fellowship and served as a Fellow in the chambers of then-Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court, Leo E. Strine, Jr.
Ms. Radinson-Blasucci has served on the Executive Boards of the Delaware State Bar Association’s Multicultural Judges and Lawyers Section and the LGBTQ+ Section. She is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of Delaware, the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
