CORINNE ELISE AMATO practices in the area of corporate and commercial litigation.  Her practice primarily involves mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and other complex corporate governance and business matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Corinne is a magna cum laude graduate of both Franklin & Marshall College and Widener University School of Law.  While attending law school, she served on the administrative board of The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, was a member of Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society, and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Gregory M. Sleet, United States District Court Judge for the District of Delaware.

Corinne was admitted to practice in the State of Delaware in 2007.  She has been recognized in the 2014 through 2017 and 2022 editions of Super Lawyers, named in The Best Lawyers in America© in 2021 and 2022 and Chambers rated.  Corinne is also a frequent speaker at corporate law seminars, including seminars sponsored by the Tulane Institute of Corporate Law and Practising Law Institute (PLI).
