DAVID C. SKORANSKI practices in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation. Before joining the firm, Mr. Skoranski spent a decade in the courtroom, trying numerous cases through trial and appeal as a Delaware assistant public defender and later a Deputy Attorney General in the Division of Civil Rights and Public Trust in the Delaware Department of Justice.
Mr. Skoranski received a B.A. from the University of Maryland in 2008 and a J.D. from Temple University in 2011. Mr. Skoranski graduated from the Leadership Delaware program in 2017 and was named one of Delaware’s 40 Under 40 in 2018.
Mr. Skoranski is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of Delaware.
