KIRSTEN M. VALANIA practices in the areas of Delaware corporate and commercial litigation. Before joining the firm, Ms. Valania spent two years clerking in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Prior to clerking, Ms. Valania litigated Chancery cases at a boutique law firm in Delaware.
Ms. Valania received a B.S. with high distinction from the Pennsylvania State University in 2012, and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2020 with a Wharton Certificate in Management. While in law school, Ms. Valania was an editor on the Journal of Law and Social Change, served on the boards of Penn Law’s chapters of the National Lawyers’ Guild and If/When/How, and interned in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Ms. Valania is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of Delaware.
