Quillen and the Past and Future of the Court of Chancery” and, with the Hon. William T. Quillen, “A short History of the Delaware Court of Chancery: 1792-1992.” Other contributors to the book include Delaware Governor John C. Carney, Delaware Supreme Court Chief Justice Leo E. Strine, Jr., and Chancellor Andre G. Bouchard.
Messrs. Hanrahan and Fioravanti practice in the areas of corporate and general litigation at Prickett Jones. They have co-authored previous articles concerning the history of the Court of Chancery and the Delaware Chancery judiciary.
